龙佐锋是甘肃省陇南市武都区人，1953年2月生于甘肃省陇南市武都区从小酷爱书画艺术，作品多次参加国内外书画展，获奖无数。系甘隶省美术家协会会员、甘肃九源书画院院长、甘肃天缘艺术研究院院长兼秘书长、甘肃诗书画联谊会副会长等职务。自幼酷爱绘画，曾拜家为师千进修于天津美术学院首届写意花鸟画高研班，专攻花鸟画。所画梅花、牡丹、菊比、鹰独具一格。国画《铁骨生春》《风鹏正举》《无限生机》等作品被美国、韩国、日本收藏家及国内有关艺术研究机构及博物馆等收藏。
